R Robinson, A T Meens, T Still, W Robinson and E H Robinson

The minutes of the last meeting were passed as read by a proposition from W Robinson seconded by T Still and carried unanimusly

A letter was then read from Sir A D Hall, in reference to the Cups and Silver which had been promised to us as memorial Trophy, from the funds of the defunced National Tulip Society e asked that a minute be recorded that in the event of Wakefield Tulip Society becoming defunct, these Cups and ect be past on to some other Floral Society

After a lengthy discussion the mater was proposed by W Robinson & seconded by R.Robinson to be left over until General Meeting

Pro Meens sec Hill} and carried unanimusly that all Cups and other Trophys belonging to the Society be returned after 11 Months in good order pro R Robinson seconded A T Meens and carried

That the Small Memorial Cup be presented to the exibitor of the Best of the Three Premier Blooms
