The correspondence was then read and duly accepted
A discussion then followed as to opener of show and several names were given to the secratery who was instructed to write same failing these it was to be left in the secretary’s hands
After a lengthy argument as to show date it was proposed H Robinson and seconded by secratery that our show be held on May 30th this proposition resulted by a show of hands to be 4 all and was carried by a casting vote from the Chairman
