The minutes of the last meeting were read & confirmed
It was announced that all the necessary arrangements were being made for the Altofts Show on 12th May & Messrs Green, H Collins, C Heptonstall, M. & that the Dutch classes at the Annual Show should be judged by those judging the English classes.
Raffle tickets for both shows were distributed to members present.
Thanks of the Society were accorded to Mr B Carr who had styled and duplicated 100 schedules for the Annual Show.
It was agreed & approved to approach the Wakefield Paxton Society about taking advertising space in our booklet
