A meeting was held on Monday the 16th
May 1910
present J Hardwick R Robinson J S Still
J Wright H Ellis and I Whitworth.
The Hon Secretary reported interview with
Mr J Netherwood who accepted the office of one
of the judges at the coming Show : also that a
letter had been written to Mr C W Needham from
whom a post card had been received but the
wording being rather vague it was decided he
should be written to again.
The Minutes of last meeting were read
& passed.
Subscriptions were received as follows
J Gornway (per J Wright) . 2-6
R. Hartley (” ” ) 2-6
J W Harrison (” I Whitworth) 2-6
The question of admitting subcribers of 2/6 & upwards
as exhibitors of ferns at the Annual Tulip Show &
fully discussed when it was proposed by R Robinson
2nded by J S Still and supported by H Ellis that the same
be admitted.
