A meeting was held on the 9th
May 1910
present J Hardwick, J Wright, J Jaylor,
H Gill, J Gill and I Whitworth.
Minutes of last meeting were read
and approved.
Further entrance fees were received
from Mrs A Moorhouse and Mr J Stansfield
The prospects for the coming show
were fully discussed and a most interesting
conversation took place on the best
treatment of plants and bulbs.
The annual report and balance sheet
(copies) were distributed & arrangements
made for collection of Subscriptions.
