The minutes of last meeting were
read and approved.
Copies of Annual Reports, Schedule
of Subscribers and Exhibitors & Balance
Sheet for 1910 were distributed and list
gone through & arrangements made
for collection of subscriptions
Mr John Taylor Kindly offered a
set of 5 Volumes of Dickens Works as
a special prize & it was unanimously
decided to allow it for the best pair
(one Feathered & one Flamed of any class)
shown by Movices
A further sum of 4/- Entrance fees received.
