A meeting was held on the 6th June
1910 when all the exhibitors were present.
The balances of subscriptions etc
that were received since last meeting were paid in.
The treasurer produced his Balance
Sheet and after discussion it was decided to
pay out all of the prizes in full which was
accordingly done. (For full details see
pp 50 to 59 inclusive)
It was unanimously decided that taking
into consideration the whole of the circumstances
the show had been a successful one.
A vote of thanks was passed to both the judges
for their voluntary services.
