A meeting of the members was held on Monday
the 6th February 1911
present, J Hardwick, J Wright, R Robinson, H Ellis
@ J Gill, J S Still and I Whitworth.
& The minutes of last meeting were read and passed.
& The treasures submitted a statement of
accounts for the past year & balance sheet which
was audited & signed by H Ellis & R Robinson.
See the offices for the last year were
unanimously reelected.
Mr Walter Gill, Newmillerdam was nominated
& accepted as a member.
The sum of 8/- first instalment of entrance
fees was received and handed to the treasurer
