A meeting of the Committee was held
on Monday the 5th May 1913.
present- J Hardwick, (chairman) J Wright,
J Taylor F W Tattersall A Spurr &
I Whitworth.
The minutes of previous meeting were
read, passed & signed.
The question of date to be fixed for
Show was fully discussed when it was
unanimously decided that in consequence
of the present cold and sunless weather it was
not advisable to definitely decide on a
special date & the honorary secretary was
instructed to have the Annual report & Balance
Sheet printed accordingly by the Eagle Press.
It was also resolved that letters be
written to C W Needham and J Netherwood
inviting them to act as Judges — as usual
Also that in consequence of next meeting
night being Bank Holiday it was decided to hold
the meeting on Wednesday the 14th inst.
The further sum of 7/- was received for Entrance fees.
