A meeting was held on Monday the
3rd July 1911 – all the Exhibitors being
present or represented.
A list of subscriptions received to
date was presented by the Hon: Treasurer
which was ample to meet all requirements
& it was unanimously decided to pay all
the accounts and Prizes in full, this was done
A unanimous vote of thanks was
passed to the judges, Hon: Treasurer &
Hon: Secretary for their services.
The exhibition was acknowledged by all
to have been a great success and eminently
satisfactory. Mr Jesse Hardwick being
especially congratulated on his taking
the medal and 1st prize in the rectified pan
for the first time during a period of
40 years.
