A meeting was held on Monday
the 3rd May 1909.
present: J. Wright (in the chair), A. Moorhouse,
F.W. Tattersall, W. Tunnicliffe, J. Taylor,
W. Calvert, Herbert Ellis, William Ellis,
& I. Whitworth.
The minutes of last meeting were read
and passed.
Further instalments on account of
entrances fees were received amounting
to £1·13·0. As some members were still
in arrear it was unanimously decided
to extend the time for closing entrances
until the 10th inst. after which date the
exhibitors’ list should be definitely closed
— the Secretary in the meantime to write
to defaulting members to this effect.
A draft of the proposed annual report
and balance sheet was read and discussed
and it was proposed F.W. Tattersall and
seconded by W. Calvert: “That the same
be approved and authorized to be printed
and circulated.” Carried.
It was also decided that Messrs Bowler
& Co should do the printing.
