& I. Whitworth.
Minutes of last meeting were read
and confirmed.
The question of fixing date for
show was fully discussed, when
it was proposed by F.W. Tattersall
and seconded by J. Taylor
That the annual exhibition be held
on Saturday the 29th May next and
following Monday and Tuesday — Carried.
Further instalments on account of Entrance
fees amounting to 4/- were received.
