A meeting of the committee was held
on Monday the 3rd February 1913.
present- J Hardwick, J Taylor, J H Still, A Spurr
& I Whitworth.
The minutes of last meeting were
passed & signed.
The balance sheet for 1912 was
presented by the Hon: Secretary & fully discussed
& excepted & signed by J Taylor and J H Still
as Auditors.
The following were unanimously elected
as officers for the ensuing year – viz –
Chairman – Jesse Hardwick
Vice Chairman-John Taylor
& Hon:Treasurer-Joseph Wright
& Hon:Secretary- Irving Whitworth &
the Committee to consist of all the Exhibitors.
An omnibus vote of thanks was passed
to past offices.
The Hon: Secretary reported that C W
Needham Esq had kindly promised a medal
or equivalent in Value as a prize for the next Show.
The sum of 7/- was received on account of
Entrance fees.
