A meeting was held on Monday the
3rd June 1912 when all the members were
present or represented.
The Hon: Treasurer submitted a list
of subscriptions already received & also
mentioned others promised, also all
vouchers for accounts paid & after discussion
it was unanimously decided to pay all
the prizes in full. This was duly
carried out to the satisfaction off all
parties & general expression was made
as to the successful manner in which
the show had been carried out.
