A meeting of the Committee was
held on Monday the 2^nd May 1910
present J. Hardwick, J. Wright, R. Robinson,
J.H. Hill, J. Taylor, H. Ellis, C. Gill,
J. Gill, F.W. Tattersall, J. Whitworth
The Minutes of last meeting were read
& passed.
The sum of £1·12·0 further Entrance
fees was received.
The question of date for holding the
annual Exhibition was fully discussed &
it was proposed by R. Robinson &
seconded by Robert Ellis
“That the Exhibition be held on the
28^th inst — circumstances permitting”
It was proposed by J. Wright &
seconded by R. Robinson
“That Mesr^s C.W. Needham &
J. Netherwood be invited to act as Judges”
The Hon. Secretary read a draft of
the Annual Report & Balance Sheets &
same was discussed & approved when

it was proposed by J. Hardwick &
Seconded by J.H. Still
“That the Annual Report & Balance
Sheet be approved, printed by Mesr^s Bowler
& Co, & circulated”
All the members of the Committee were
authorized to collect subscriptions.
