The meeting then was addressed by our chairman on the Growing of Mushrooms at Middlebrooks of Selby, where He as worked there for many years and has help to expand the business and also one of his present tasks is keep down the diseases. The talk was illustrated by slides. After the talk a film was shown on how to cook mushrooms
The members thanked Mr Hardman for a very enjoyable evening.
The meeting closed at 10.00pm samples of mushrooms were distributed to members present.
