The minutes of the last meeting were read & confirmed.
Correspondence was read from Mr H.W. Mallpress, enclosing his membership subscription for 1964 & hoping we have two good shows.
Raffle tickets for Altofts Show.
After some discussion it was agreed that raffle tickets for the Altofts show should be sold at
5 for 1/- e.i. £1 per 100. 900 of These were distributed to members present.
A raffle for eggs & chocolates donated by Mr Hunter & Mr Akers realised 9/6.
The next meeting to be held in June.
