The minutes of the last meeting were read as the main item on the agenda. it was agreed to take them with the show report.
Correspondence A letter was read from Ruth Duthie asking for photos of the show to illustrate a book she is writing on florist flowers.
Show Report The show report had been sent to members for the help on the day but disappointed when it came to the sale of the blooms. not may members stayed to help with the clearing up.
Vote of Thanks was given to Mr Stan Knowles for donating £50 from the sale of plants the society is most greatfull
