With the absence of our chairman J L Akers took the chair with about 15 members present.
The Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Matters arising The Secretary reported that he had been in touch with Ruth Duthie who informed him that the book on Florist flowers had been delayed by the publishers
Correspondence The Secretary read letters for members asking for bulbs which he would send if they were available.
The main business of the evening was to distribute bulbs to members present The chairman (J L Akers) and the Secretary (K N Eyre) had brought a collection of bulbs each
It was decided that each member should be given some breeders and F?????/????? so that they could show aleast at least in the Novice classes.
A Vote of thanks was given from the floor to the two members for providing the stock.
The meeting was informed by Mr J L Akers that he would be sending the Newsletter out in the near future.
The meeting closed at 9.15 pm
