The Minutes of last Meeting were read and past as a true recordby a proposition from G Hunt seconded by A Tear
The correspondence containedone or two letters from Open Class Exibitor stating they hoped to have their blooms ready for the 25th inst.
All the correspondence was accepted
General Show arrangments then took place
Mr Beddow stated that he could get suficient white paper to cover the show tables and this was left entirly in his hands
It was disided that all member should come to headquarters on Friday evening at 7PM to arrange show room pro E Brook Seconded G Hunt
That secratery purchase new Membership cards as the present stock was out of date
