The minutes of the last meeting were duly read and past as a true record by a pro from A Tear seconded by R Robinson (sen)
Arising out of minutes was the discussion by Mr Brooks moshion that the Local Chalenge
Cup should be won on points this was still left open for a further discussion for a general meeting
The secratery reported a very satisfactory state of affairs and reported that all prize money was paid out on show day, probably for the first time in the society’s history
The secratery was then asked to leave the room for a few minutes and on his return was instructed that the committee had decided to make a grant of 50/- for services rendered
