Meeting held at headquarters commencing at 6-50 pm. Mr FR Hunter being in the chair. Minutes of last meeting were passed as a true record. Corrispondance was read & accepted. It was pro, sec &carried that the society purchase black Italian Cloth for table coverings, Mr Hunt & EH Robinson to measure up tables etc & and give the requirements to
Mr Hunter to obtain on behalf of the society. A sub-committee was appointed to go into the matter of the Needham
Memorial Cup, comprising of Mr Downing,Mr Robshaw, Mr Akers, Mr EH Robinson & the Sec Mr G Hunt.
Decided to draw the Leger Draw at the Woolpacks Hotel on Friday Sept 10th at 7-30 pm.
Mr F Robinson & Master Prest was accepted as members of our Society.
