Proposed Mr J Akers, seconded Mr W. Markham that the minutes of the last meeting be approved.
Arising from the minutes, it was proposed by
Mr Akers, & seconded Mr Eyre that the secretary should send to Parkers for their wholesale catalogue.
It was agreed that the Altofts show schedule should be the same as last year
Proposed Mr Markham & seconded Mr Midgley that Mr N.H. Eyre be the judge at Altofts,
Proposed Mr Akers, seconded Mr Eyre that the main show be held at Thornes W.M. Club on Saturday May 21st.
Mr F.R. Hunter agreed to see the Club committee regarding the room for that date.
Proposed Mr Akers, seconded Mr Markham that there be one judge for the English classes (except Novice classes) & Mr J W. Midgley agreed to adjudicate, Mr J Akers agreed to judge the Novice classes.
It was agreed to have Mr L A Haynes,
Superi Wakefield Parks Superintendent to judge the Dutch classes, the secretary to write him.
It was agreed that the secretary should write to Mr Tear & fix the next meeting when he could attend.
The secretary was authorised to get a letter book & receipt books printed as required.
