The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Matters arising The Chairman thank C Heptonstall for the cards to be used to name the variety of Dutch Tulips at the annual show.
Correspondence the letter was read from Victor Roozen asking about the annual show. The Secretary in form the meeting that he had written to him and would write again when the date of the show was made.
Show Details It was decided that the 21st May would be show day. Judges After a brief discussion it was agreed to have 3 judges for the englsih and 1. for the Dutch Mr J Taylor, H V Calvert and B Carr were asked to judge the English and C Harrison agreed to judge the Dutch. Opener Mr C Harrison was recommended Dr Clifford of Royton this was life for him to organize.
Raffle Prizes As 9 members had offered prizes it was agreed to list the prizes in order of the members name taken at the last meeting so that ther was no confustion when the raffle was drown.
The raffle Tickets were distributed
The meeting members that stood up in respect for Mr B England who had pass away recently
Raffle Mr C Harrison had brought a piece of cloth which was raffled off and raised £1.40.
After arrangement were made for preparation of the room on the Friday night before the show the meeting closed at 8.45 pm
