Minutes. Pro J Hardman sec W Beddows that minutes of previous meeting be accepted as a true record
Show Business. Pro W Beddows sec A Tear that secretary write Thornes Club & ask them to reserve 30 doz small bottles for show.
Pro A Tear sec W Beddows that Mr Eyre see to borrowing & bringing of vases & black cloth for the Altofts Show.
The secretary to see that tea be arranged for 12-15 persons at the Show at Thornes. To put an advert in the Advertiser of Altofts
Show & one in the Wakefield Express for the Thornes Show
Altofts members offered tea to members at the Altofts Show.
A Rota was arranged of members who would help to prepare & decorate the Thornes Show
A Raffle realised 12/- after 2/6 for room.
Meeting closed 7-40 pm.
