Our President Mr FR Hunter presided over a good attendance.
Minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. Corrispondance was read from Mr Walker and Mr Midgly stating their ability to attend this years show. After a big discussion it was decided to hold a minor show in Horbury on Sat& Sun 18th & 19th of May 1946. Judges for same to be Mr W Beddows
Mr J Akers, & Mr N Eyre. The Annual Show was fixed for Sat & Sun 25th & 26th May 1946. The Judges for annual show to be Mr Robinson, Mr Midgley & Mr Beddows. Assistants for annual Show Mr J Moutter, Mr Priestly & R Robinson.
Several members expressed willingness to attend headquarters on the Thursday prior to Annual Show to fix staging & other members to attend Friday prior to annual show to fill bottles & arrange tables etc. Meeting closed at 8pm
Next meeting to be called at Secretary’s discretion.
