Reference should be made that owing to war conditions members have been unable to meet in the usual maner, this being the only meeting since May 1941
The minutes of last meeting were read and past unanimusly by a proposition from W Robinson seconded by A Akers
The correspondence contained at letter from Mr Edward Chater of Finchly expressing his best wishes for the good of the Society
The balance sheet for 1941 was then read and the committee expressed satisfaction at the increased prosperity of the Society
The Financial position now shown is £46-13-2 in hand
