A meeting of the Committee was
held on Monday the 26th May 1913.
present, J Hardwick, J Wright, J H Still ,
A Spurr, W Tunnicliffe, and I Whitworth.
A general conversation on prospects for show
took place.
The Hon: Secretary reported that Mr J
Netherwood accepted invitation to be a judge
but no communication had been received
from Mr Needham.
Also receipt of subscriptions for three new subscribers.
Mr H Ellis paid his Entrance fee and also 1/- from Mr Fred Secker of Clayton
The special prizes were allocated as follows.
Hat to accompany 1st prize for Pan of 6 Breeders
Hat ” ” ” ” ” ” “””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””3 ”
Rose Bowl for best flower in the Show
It was decided in case Mr Needham
could not come that J. Hardwick & H. Gill be
appointed to act along with Mr Netherwood
but not to assist in judging their own flowers.
