A Special Meeting was held on Friday the
22nd May 1908-Present: J. Wright (Chairman),
T.W. Tyson, A. Moorhouse, J. Hardwick, J. Taylor,
J.S. Hill, F. W. Tattersall & J. Whitworth — to
discuss the advisability of altering date for
show from the 30th inst. in consequence of the
cool & sunless weather when it was proposed
by Mr Moorhouse & 2nded by Mr Hardwick that
the same be adjourned to Whit Monday &
Tuesday the 8th & 9th June next — carried unan’.
