The correspondence was then read and great satisfaction was expressed by the committee on the appointment of Mr D
Baily to open our show,
A Discusion then followed as to the possibility of a very early season and it was disided unanimusly to bring our show date forward from the 27th to the 20th

Lupset be invited to support Mr Baily at the onening of our show

That Mr Campion Manager of the
Whinny Moor Hotel be accepet a member of our society
Mr Boulby and the secretary were appointed to attend to the trasferance of bottles and ect , from the Brunswick to our new headquarters
It was disided to hold our next meeting on Thursday April 27th
