A meeting of the committee was held
on Monday the 11th May 1914.
present- J Hardwick, F W Tattersall,
J Wright, and I Whitworth.
The minutes of last meeting were
read & passed.
The Hon: Secretary read letter
received from Mr Needham stating
that he would attend & officiate
as a Judge at the Show to be held
on the 23rd inst
The tenders received for printing
the annual reports and Balance Sheet
were submitted when it was unanimously
decided to accept the one sent in by
the Wakefield Gazette.
The following subscriptions were
received & paid to the treasurer.
