It is the with extreme regret that we have
to report the death of Mr J W Spencer
who passed away on April 3rd 1929
Besides growing Tulips he was responsible for
the very fine collection of ferns which
graced our show every year. His death is a
great loss to our Society. A beautiful wreath
composed of our flowers was sent and 5 of
the members IE Messrs W, EH and R Robinson, A T
Meens and J Hewitt (Sec) paid their last
respects at his funeral.
