A meeting of the committee was held
on Monday the 9th June 1913.
present- J Hardwick, J Wright, H Gill, H Ellis,
John Edward Gill, J H Still, R Robinson,
F W Tattersall, A Spurr, G W Mitchell,
John Taylor and I Whitworth.
The Hon: Secretary submitted a detailed
list of the prizes & showing the amounts due
to each exhibitor: the Hon: Treasurer reported
as to amount received for subscriptions &c to date
and it was unanimously decided to pay all the
prizes out in full and this was done.
The thanks of the meeting were tendered
to the Tradesman who had contributed special prizes.
