A meeting was held on Monday the 7th February 1910
present J.Hardwick, J. Wright, H. Ellis,
F.W. Tattersall, J. Taylor, J. Hansfield,
Thomas Gill & J. Whitworth
The Officers for the ensuing year
were, appointed as follows
Chairman — J. Hardwick
Vice Chairman — J. Taylor
Hon. Treasurer — J. Wright
Hon. Secretary — J. Whitworth
Committee — All the Exhibitors
The Balance Sheet for 1909 was submitted
& fully explained & discussed when it was approved
& signed by H. Ellis & J. Hansfield as Auditors.
Mr Thomas Gill of Newmillerdown attended
& was, accepted as a new Member of the Society.
The sum of 9/- was received on account of
Entrance fees & handed to the Treasurer, also
14/7 in Cash receipt for 10/6 making the £1·5·1
balance in late Treasurer’s hands from last year
