A meeting was held on Monday the 5th
February 1912
present- John Taylor (in the chair) W Tunnicliffe,
J Wright, J H Still, A Spurr and I Whitworth.
The minutes of last meeting were read,
passed & signed.
The How: Treasurer J Wright presented
his Annual Balance sheet which was duly
audited and passed.
The election of offices was as follows-
Jesse Hardwick Chairman
John Taylor Vice Chairman
Joseph Wright Honorary Treasurer
Irving Whitworth Honorary Secretary
The usual vote of thanks to offices for past
years previous were passed and acknowledged.
The deaths of Robert Hartley and Herbert Nicholson
(Subscribers) were reported & a vote of condolence in
each case was passed, the members standing.
The Hon: Secretary submitted a draft of proposed
rules which after discussion were approved &
ordered to be printed.
The sum of 6/ was received on account of first
instalment of Entrance fees.
