Proposed by R. Robinson, seconded by A. Spurr that
J.W. Bentley Esq of Castleton, M/C be re-elected as
President for the year 1923. Also that C.W. Needham Esq
Hale, Cheshire be Vice President with H. Gill Esq
of Bramley, Leeds.
Proposed by H. Gill seconded by F. Lunn that
S.F. Richmond, Ossett, be re-elected Secretary.

Proposed H Gill Seconded A Spurr that Robt Robinson &
I Hewitt auditors & that they fullfill (sic) these duties with
the accounts for the next meeting in March
The Editor of Gardening Illustrated offered a
Beautiful Bronze Medal to be competed for at our next
Show & it was decided to go for the Best 6 Rectified
Tulip Blooms in the Local Class
They also sent a good number of spare coppies 9sic) of
Gardening Illustrated to be given out to members
All members said they we do this best to further sale of
Gard Illustd in their particular districts
& that the secretary write to the Editor Thanking
them for their kind offer of Medal & specimen
Copies of Gard Illustd
Several members commented on the extraordinary
growth of their Tulips. Many been four inches High
at this period owing to the very mild Autumn & Winter
up to date.
