Meeting held 3rd February 1908

Minutes of last meeting were read and passed.
The Secretary read letter received from
W.H. Frame-Hayhurst Esq. Steward for
Mrs C.M. Wentworth of Woolley Park
enclosing cheque for £1.10 subscription
to this society.
The sum of 10s. was received on account
of entrance fees as per list on the following
page — balance to be paid not later than 4th May next.
Some discussion was raised with regard
to the drafting of new rules when Mr
Hardwick promised to ascertain whether
there was any copy of original rules in
the old records of the society, and the
matter was deferred to a subsequent meeting.
