A meeting was held on Monday the
2nd March 1914.
present J Hardwick J Wright, J Taylor,
J H Still, A Spurr, Frank Fox &
I Whitworth.
The minutes of previous meeting were
read, approved and signed.
The Hon: Treasurer produced his
Balance Sheet and Vouchers which were
duly audited & signed by John Taylor and Alfred Spurr.
The sum of 11/ was received
further on account of Entrance fees.
A general discussion took place on the
prospects of the season & it was decided
that any Exhibitors being in arrear with
his subscription after the meeting held on
the first week in May next should not
be allowed to exhibit.
