Mr AT Meens accepting the judging duties for the Whinney Moor Show, Mr Rogers (Normanton) had verbally agreed to judge the Altofts Show
Mr Hunt had sent a note saying that he & Mr EH Robinson had seen
Mr & Mrs Bell who had agreed that we could hold the show at the Whinney Moor on May 24th-25th 1952
The above correspondence was accepted

Pro Reg Robinson sec K Robinson that 10th& 11th May be date for Altofts Show
Pro Reg Robinson Sec W Beddows that there should be one raffle as last year
Mr Beddows gave some gladioli & the president had sent 1 doz eggs
Mr Reg Robinson won the gladioli 4/6
Mr Calvert & Mr Tear the eggs
Raffle realized 12/6 profit after 2/6 had been paid for rent of room
