Annual Report Mr C Harrison reported that after correcting a small error the books XX were in a correct state of order
Mr H V Calvert proposed a vote of thanks to the Secretary and Auditors for their reports and seconded by C Marsh

Honoraria for 1976 — It was proposed by C Harrison and seconded by C Heptonstall, that the Honoraria should be interested by £1 each Sec £7 Tres £2 this was carried.
Annual Show — N H Eyre proposed and C Harrison seconded that we hold one show next year. It was carried
Subscriptions After a short discussion J Taylor proposed the minimum should be 50p and 25p for OAP
J Akers an OAP himself proposed that it should be 50p for all. At vote was taken and the amount was carried W D Tear asked if the subs could be paid at the first meeting after the AGM this was agreed.
H V Calvert asked it to be put in to the minutes for vote of thanks to K N Eyre for the work he had put into the society over that year.
