On reading the previous minutes the
Secretary pointed out that the exclusion of the Darwin Tulips in the
Vase class was a mistake, and also we were adopting a too conservative an attitude, a lengthy discussion followed and the Sec agreed to stand by the majority.
The Xmas cheer tickets then came in for a close examination at least 20 prizes would be required towards these a box of chocolates was promised by Mr R Robinson a cake by Mr I Hewitt and cigars by
T Lockwood.
The prize money was paid out by the Trea bringing a lengthy meeting to a close. Agreed to me
