Pro & sec That minutes of the last meeting be past as read arrising out of minutes was the surgestion for a class of 25 Tulip a lengthy discussion resulted in a proposition from R Robinson and sec W Beddow that it be left in abayance until nearer to next show
The correspondence was accepted as read and the committee were delighted by the efforts of Mr Needham in trying to paswade Sir Danial Hall to make a donation to our Society in the form of bulbs to be sold to new members
The committee disided to hold Show for
Roses on July 7th&8th the entire arrangment to be left to secratery
Mr W Glaze of Altoft to be asked to judge
