As this was a meeting for the distribution of bulbs the chairman decided that no minutes of the last meeting would be read.
Correspondence letters were read from D Bromley
S.S Wenyss — Cooke asking for bulbs. and sending them apologies. A letter from the gardener at Westbury Court Gardens. Near Gloucester was read. he ask if we had any special method of treating old tulips to make them grow.. it desided that a booklet should be sent. Other letters were from trade connections. ie hoscicrop., berlteys.
Bulbs were then distributed kindly given by J. L Akers R.Perraudin K. N Eyre The chairman Thank them for the bulbs and after a short discusstion about the methods of planting, greenfly. etc . the meeting closed 9.15 pm (signed JGHardman 20.8.90)
