The Minutes of the last Meeting were duly read and past as a true record
A lengthy disscussion then arrose as to classes and prize money
The secratery reported that prize money taken in the bulk is now almost double the amount paid out 5 years ago, records prove this, and asks that owing to the very poor financial position resulting from our last show, the mater be given the committees consideration
Several members reported their dissatisfaction at the present state of affairs, and the following propostion was put forward and carried unanimusly

That prize list open and local be fully revised at our next meeting to be held on Thursday Dec 8th at 7-30
