Apologies were received from Jane Eyre.

Minutes from the previous meeting on 20th November 1989 were read and approved.

Mr Keith Eyre reported that he had exchanged bulbs with Westbury Court Gardens, mainly for Dutch bulbs. Mr John

Hardman had visited and found that the tulips had been planted in 9" pots and the foliage had died off by his visit.

Election of officers

Wendy Akers agreed to carry on as acting secretary until the situation could be dealt with t the AGM.

A.O.B

The date of the AGM had been finalised on 6th October 1990 at

Wrenthorpe Village Hall starting at 1.30pm.

Mr. J.L. Akers stated that he would be dealing with the engraving of the cups so that they could be made available at the AGM.

Bulb Ordering

Members compared the various catalogues which were available, brian Duncan, B???, etc. with Parkers wholesale prices and decided that there was no comparison. Four members decided to order and to let the secretary have their order within a week. Mr Bill Tear said that Parkers had supplied him with top size bulbs in the past few years.

The meeting closed at 5 minutes to 9
