Our President presided over a good attendance of members. Minutes of last meeting was read & confirmed, Several itams arising out of the minutes were dealt with. Corrispondance was then read and accepted. It was decided that in future the proceeds from the sale of flowers only at our Annual Show be given to Clayton Hospital. After a lengthy discussion it was proposed & seconded & carried that the question of blooms not being fully opened be left entirely to the Judges to use their judgment. Also classes 11&12 that is pairs must state dissimilar, then 2 bybs or 2 roses or 2 Biz can be shown, if of a different name. Nearly every member viced his opinion on the disscussion of the Daerwin class. It was finally decided to carry on giving the Gold Medal to that class, but with a hope that it would foster the growing of Darwin Tulips by members, although actually it was an open class & members & exhibitors could obtain them where they so desired. The Secretary was instructed to obtain 30/- worth of bulbs for the last 2 years for the novices, as last year the 15/- was returned by Barrs as they had planted back. It was decided to run a Lincolnshire handicap draw, the Secretary to obtain tickets as soon as it was known the date of the handicap. Prizes to be
