The minutes of the last meeting were read & confirmed.
Mr Akers reported on final arrangements for the main show at St John’s Terrace WM Club & it was agreed that he should arrange for transport of tables etc.
Correspondence was read from Normanton Paxton Society granting us the use of their vases & black cloth.
The President announced that teas could be provided for members at 2 hrs notice.
It was decided that the Society should provide two prizes for the raffle, the 1st being a bottle of Whisky
The secretary reported difficulty of Perkins in getting a gold medal & it was resolved that the gold medal
should be discontinued after this years show.
A raffle realised 9/-, the meeting closed at 8-0 PM
