The Meeting opened with the secratery reading the minutes of last meeting
Arising out of minutes was a discussion as to containers for new class (namely 25 tulips) it was surgested that the Society should supply these and Mr Beddow promised to enquire the price and ect of 1 dozen suitable for this class
The minutes were then past as read by a proposition from R Robinson Seconded by F Hiley
The correspondence was then read and contained a letter from Mr Tom Hewitt Horbury with a promise to perform the opening cerimony at our 99th Show and also read from Messrs Cooper Mac Dougal & Robertson and F K Perkins jewellar Wakefield with a renewal of special prizes
Then followed a surprise proposal from
F Hiley that we introduce a Cup class into the Local list, this class to consist of 9 Bloom as are shown in the Open class this proposition was seconded by H Robinson and carried unanimusly pro W Robinson sec F Hiley}
That prize money in other classes Localy be reduced so as to pay the following prizes in Cup class 12/- first 8/- Second 3/- third this necsesitated drawing up a new prize list for the Local Classes which was done as followes to the satisfaction of the committee

Owing to printers error during the past few years a mistake as acurd in our schedule namly the novices class which was read as 1 Breeder 1 Biblomen I Rose and it was disided to alter this to
