The minutes of the last meeting were read & confirmed.
In the absence of the President, Mr F R Hunter, who was reported to be making satisfactory progress, Mr J. Akers was elected to take the chair.
A matter was raised regarding Mr J Hardman who had sold a winning ticket for a bottle of Sherry at the Thornes Show, Owing to a misunder misunderstanding Mr Hardman had destroyed the ticket, but it was agreed that he should have the prize.
The secretary received bulb orders & cash from members to be sent to Parkers as soon as possible.
The next meeting to be called when the orders were ready for distribution.
