Mr EH Robinson reported that there was plenty etc at the Thornes WM Club. He had orderd also 20 doz empty bottles & tea and sandwiches
for twenty to be paid for whether eaten or not.

A Presentation proposed by H Calvert was reffered back to the previous minute.

A rota was arranged for arranging the duration & the clearance of the show.
Mr N Eyre to get the vases & cloth from Horbury & Mr Hunter to fetch vases from Altofts 6.30 Friday 22nd
A raffle realized 11/6 profit after paying 2/6 for meeting. Meeting closed 8pm after distribution of show raffle tickets.
